Important Update: ACH & Check Changes – Action Required by May 1, 2026

We’ve made important updates to our system to improve your banking experience. As part of these improvements, your account details for ACH transactions, direct deposits, and electronic payments have been updated to a new, more secure format.

To keep everything running smoothly, please take a few moments to update your information.

What You Need to Do:

• Update your account information with your employer and any automatic payments
• Call or visit us to order new checks before May 15, 2026 (your first order is free)

Note: Old checks may be returned after May 15, 2026.

How to Find Your New Account Information:

Log in to your account → Select your sub-account → Tap Account Details → View Direct Deposit Info
